KP Waterfall Trek
Overview
KP Waterfall, just outside Khopoli, is the monsoon micro-adventure everyone's starting to film but few operators actually run — which is why it's still wild and uncrowded. The 3 km trail from Datta Mandir climbs the 'Paanch Payri' stone steps, dips through a short tunnel beneath a live railway bridge, and opens onto a cinematic cascade rushing through the gorge. It's a moderate walk (slippery in the rains, so grip shoes are a must) and the railway-bridge tunnel fall makes for unforgettable slow-mo reels. Best done early and back by noon. We run it as a safe, guided batch so you skip the route-guessing and the police-restricted Zenith detours.
Based in Khopoli, this moderate 1-day trek is best attempted during July, August, September, October — when the trail and surroundings are at their most rewarding.
