Tucked into the quiet forests of Raigad near Pen, the Walheri Soul Waterfall is one of those offbeat monsoon spots that's only just begun to surface on social feeds — and that's exactly why it still feels untouched. The walk from the base village is short and gentle (around 30–45 minutes) through leafy trails and narrow ridges, ending at a 25–30 ft cascade dropping into a shallow, swimmable pool. No crowds, no commercial stalls, just the sound of falling water and birdsong. It's an ideal first trek for families, couples and anyone who wants a peaceful green reset without the punishing climbs of the famous forts. Carry water and snacks, wear grip shoes for the slippery rocks, and leave only footprints.
